Once You Have Booked
On sending the booking form
Once you have decided your booking with us and have completed the booking form we will confirm the itinerary and availability of all the parts of your trip that can be confirmed at that time.
At this point you will need to pay a non-refundable deposit of £250 or, in the case of your trip starting in less than 60 days, the full amount payable for services booked with us.
On paying the deposit we will send you a receipt including the balance amount payable and by what date it needs to be settled - usually 60 days before your trip with us starts.
Four weeks before your trip starts
Four weeks before your trip start date we will send you a username and password for this website which allows you to access the client content pages. The client only section of this website includes the following:
- Receipt and itinerary download links.
- Your personalised and downloadable 100+ page Trip Guidebook to allow you to prepare for your trip.
You will also be sent a hard copy of your personalised Trip Guidebook, itinerary and final receipt at this time.
On completion of your trip with us
On return from your trip you still have the opportunity to complete our feedback form to let us know how it all went.
Unless otherwise requested you will automatically be subscribed to our Newsletter to learn about new destinations and special offers with an eye on that next trip to China!
